Every part of the needle-syringe system is a variable we engineer against your payload. None of it works in isolation: hub, cannula, bevel, gauge and materials are evaluated together against the intended formulation, route and operating conditions.

01 · Low dead space hub
A standard hub can leave a meaningful share of a small dose behind at the connection. Every microlitre held there is prepared product that never reaches the patient. Our low-dead-space geometry closes that gap, so more of what's drawn up actually gets delivered.


02 · Advanced hub architecture
Hard-polymer, externally threaded hubs and streamlined internal transitions resist pop-off and turbulence, keeping the connection secure as injection pressure rises, so the needle stays put and the flow stays smooth from hub to tip.
03 · Thin-wall technology
A thinner cannula wall opens up internal diameter without changing the outer gauge. That lowers extrusion force and eases flow for viscous formulations, without asking for a larger puncture in the patient.


04 · Refined bevel & coating
A precision bevel cuts penetration force, and a proprietary low-friction coating reduces drag through tissue. Together they support a more controlled, comfortable injection at the point of contact.
05 · Fine-gauge, precision length
Ultra-fine gauges down to 34G, paired with tightly controlled short lengths, give the most delicate procedures a repeatable penetration depth: consistency that matters most when the margin for error is smallest.


06 · Chemical compatibility
Hub and contact materials are selected against your excipients, pH and sterilization route, so extractables, leachables and adsorption are engineered out early rather than discovered late in development.
Our innovation isn't finished; these six are where our engineering happens to be today. We keep testing new hub geometries, wall constructions and materials against real clinical and formulation problems, so the needle keeps improving alongside the therapies it delivers.
